Auberge 1953 is a culinary à la carte restaurant in Zevenbergen where we serve fair, pure, and local dishes. The chef prepares the culinary dishes with passion and care, using fresh and regional (season) ingredients. Whether you choose a tender piece of meat, fresh fish, or a vegetarian surprise, the love and passion can be tasted with every bite. The restaurant shows its Zeelandic background with their fresh fish specialties, and seasonal specialties such as white asparagus and wild game dishes which can be found on the extensive menu.
